Surrounded by pastures with no other buildings nearby, the villa offers a quiet setting for team dialogue, management meetings, planning retreats, and leadership training, away from daily operations.

Regular bookings are prepaid on the booking screen. If you prefer invoice payment, please contact us before confirming your booking. On-site payment and schedule arrangements are also available on request.

This plan is reserved for companies and organizations. The rate is the same for 1 to 4 guests. For 5 guests or more using bedding, each extra bed is JPY 7,700 (tax included) per night. The villa accommodates up to 8 guests.

About FARM VILLA taku

FARM VILLA taku is a private villa built by dairy farmers themselves in Nakashibetsu, one of Japan's largest dairy regions in eastern Hokkaido. Twenty minutes by car from Nakashibetsu Airport, the 200-square-meter villa stands on a small hill with grasslands stretching as far as the eye can see.

The villa consists of an entrance (main building) and a guest building with two bedrooms, each with its own bath and toilet. Each bedroom has two semi-double beds (four in total). For 5 guests or more using bedding, we prepare extra beds according to the number of guests (JPY 7,700 tax included, per bed, per night).

A spacious kitchen and living room let you cook with fresh local ingredients. In the evening, light the wood stove and enjoy cheese from our farm's cheese workshop with wine or local craft beer.

Separately from the welcome food, you can pre-order the taku Farm Meal Kit as a paid dinner option: prepped local ingredients, sauces, and a recipe card, needing only a short finish in the kitchen.

From May to October, guests staying two nights or more can apply for an early-morning farm walk guided by the owner (6:30-7:30; complimentary for our guests; one group of up to 8 guests; apply by one week before your stay). After you apply, we confirm the participation conditions via CHILLNN message, and your place is confirmed once you receive our confirmation. Participation in the farm walk is not available to anyone who has entered Japan from overseas within seven days before the tour. This is a livestock biosecurity requirement and does not affect your stay at FARM VILLA taku.
